When it comes to insoles, PowerStep has you covered. Our products are designed to provide the perfect fit without any need for trimming. Most of our styles are sized by full shoe sizes, ensuring a true-to-size fit straight out of the box.

However, should trimming be required, our insoles can be easily cut to fit as necessary. We recommend replacing your insoles every 3-6 months, depending on usage. Additionally, the insoles can be transferred from one shoe to another, allowing you to use a single pair of orthotics across multiple pairs of shoes and extending the product's life.

Selecting the right PowerStep insole for your needs is simple. Most of our insoles feature a polypropylene arch support shape, but they vary in terms of cushion thickness and arch strength.

We recommend replacing your insoles when you notice a decrease in comfort or support, typically around the 6-month mark. It's important to note that there is a brief 1-2 week break-in period for most new users, as the signature arch shape of PowerStep insoles helps to correct body posture and alignment, dramatically improving joint position and increasing balance and stability.

PowerStep insoles are particularly beneficial for individuals with high arches or supinated feet, as the cushioning helps to redistribute pressure from the ball of the foot and heel. Additionally, our products are highly recommended for those who struggle with over-pronation, where the foot rolls inward, putting strain on the soft tissues and leading to pain and fatigue.
