Pinnacle Plus Met + Pulse Plus Metatarsal Running Inserts (M 6-6.5, W 8-8.5)

This bundle includes our Pinnacle Plus Met and Pulse Plus Met metatarsal pain relief orthotics, which are daily insoles designed to provide relief for metatarsalgia, arch support, plantar fasciitis, and heel and ball of foot pain.

The Pinnacle Plus Met Insoles feature full-length, total contact support with a metatarsal pad to help alleviate ball of foot pain in men and women, as well as providing excellent arch support. The Pulse Plus Met Running Insoles also offer full-length, total contact support with a metatarsal pad to help alleviate ball of foot pain, and they are designed as excellent arch support inserts.

These PowerStep insoles can be worn in a variety of shoe types, including athletic, walking/running, work boots, and some casual shoes, without the need for trimming. They are proudly made in the USA at our Ohio facility.

The Pulse Plus Met Insoles are arch supports for women and men, providing pain relief and prevention. They feature a springy layer of ShockAbsorb Premium Foam cushioning for added support. The full-length insoles offer the same support and cushioning as the popular PULSE Performance style, but with a built-in metatarsal pad to treat metatarsalgia and ball of foot pain, in addition to providing plantar fasciitis relief.

These insoles have built-in neutral orthotic arch support and a heel cradle that stabilizes the foot and improves alignment for heel pain relief. The motion control, along with dual-layer cushioning, helps absorb shock to reduce stress on the feet, ankles, and joints. These running insoles provide the perfect blend of stability and cushioning during athletic activity to simultaneously increase comfort, help reduce fatigue, and improve the efficiency of your stride.

The PowerStep® Pinnacle Plus Met full-length insoles offer the same support and cushioning as the popular Pinnacle style, but with a built-in metatarsal pad to treat metatarsalgia, Morton's Neuroma, and general ball of foot pain. The built-in neutral arch support and two layers of plush cushioning provide the perfect balance of comfort and support. The Pinnacle Plus Met insoles feature the signature PowerStep arch shape that cradles the arch and heel, adding stability and motion control to limit excess stress on feet, ankles, joints, and tendons.
